My Thoughts / Summary

Southpoint Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great direct oceanfront complex here on the famous Galt Mile in Fort Lauderdale.

We currently have a very limited range of condos for sale with 4 units for sale – a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units.

I am very pleased to continue to report that buyer activity and sales in Southpoint has remained strong over last 6 months with 4 units pending sale and 20 units sold!
