There were 5 condos sold over the preceding 6 months as in our last post on The Galleon condos for March 2019 / April 2019

In our last post the average price for a Galt Ocean Mile condo sold here in Galleon over the preceding 6 months was much lower at $449,500 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit!

We can also see from this report that the median price for a condo sold here in Galleon over the last 6 months has been $400,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit!

In our last post the median price for a condo sold here in Galleon over the preceding 6 months was lower at $380,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit!

We can also see that the highest sale was $950,000 for a 3 bedroom unit and that the lowest sale was $280,000 for a 1 bedroom unit!

  • 2 Bedroom condos sold in The Galleon is $517,500 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1705 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $284.00.  In our last post the median for 2 Bedroom condos sold in The Galleon over the preceding 6 months was higher at $639,000 – this being for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 1720 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $303.00.
  • 3 Bedroom condos sold in The Galleon is $915,000 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2740 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $334.00.  In our last post the median for 3 Bedroom condos sold in The Galleon over the preceding 6 months was higher at $999,500 – this being for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit of 2480 square feet with a sales price to square foot price of $206.00.

We can see from this report that the median sales price to square foot price paid for a The Galleon condo sold over the last 6 months has been $284.00 per square foot – up from $254.00 in our last post and also up from $244.00 as in our prior post!

Mt Thoughts / Summary

The Galleon Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great well run condominium – with very spacious units offering superb views and amenities.

Currently we have a very low inventory of condos for sale – with just 2 units for sale!

Sales have been strong over the last 6 months with 9 units sold!
