Mt Thoughts / Summary

The Galleon Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great well run condominium – with very spacious units offering superb views and amenities.

Currently we have a great range of Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale here at The Galleon with 7 units for sale – 2 of which are new listings.

Sales and showing activity had slowed right down in The Galleon due to the Corona Virus – In my mind the major contributor to why we have had just 1 sale over the last 6 months!

I am pleased to report however that buyer activity has really picked up over the last few weeks here on Galt Ocean Mile.
