Mt Thoughts / Summary

The Galleon Galt Ocean Mile condos are units in a great well run condominium – with very spacious units offering superb views and amenities.

Currently we have a very limited range of Galt Ocean Mile condos for sale here at The Galleon with just 1 unit for sale!

Sales and showing activity had slowed right down in The Galleon due to the Corona Virus!

I am pleased to report however that buyer activity has really picked up in 2021 and that we now have 4 units under contract and pending sale!
